I built my home in a day Come and see if you may There's a rabbit in the garden that's keeping it all in place

a garden friend on Lil Black Buds this morning. the two below are Small World Blues Music and Annealed Metal Eye.

Two nice pink seedlings from my Slm Rhinestone cross, I like seeing 'em open up with that white wash around the center...

The purple  one above is Ron Azzuzzi and I'm only growing it for the sake of the club's plants for members program, otherwise I don't usually grow any of the garish tetraploid flowers, to earch his own, I suppose.  ha
next above is Grandfather Time, an older daylily but tall and bright!
Below is Siloam Pink Clouds.

the last pic here is Siloam Stinnett's Delight. :)

more weekend flowers...

Tuscawalla Snowdrift and A Day At the Peach. I look forward to getting a nice clump going of the second one. I already have a great nice big clump of T. Snowdrift and I love it!

Siloam College Street and Siloam Golden Gate

This red one is a happy little fella I kept from the seedling bed last year, I just love it when they have that bright red part around the eye.... last two pics are more of the squiggly ruffled double cross....ah the possibilities with daylilies.... alas. :)

weekend flowers...

Lil Black Buds really has a lot of nice dark buds on it!  the 2nd is another double cross and I like the way the double part made all those squiggly lines in the ruffles. ha!  I include two more photos of the amaryllis out north.

I was pretty excited to see after having this shooting star hydrangea for 3 year and it finally is blooming woo hoo!  below are pics of Julia's Love early and later morning. :)

shopping haul Texarkana

Here are a few of the seedling rejects I picked up in Texarkana this weekend... how fun it was! also I include a photo of my pickup with 21 daylilies in the cab and on Leatherleaf Viburnum I bought at North Haven Nursery in Dallas. I'll be very very busy this week hot outside! ha

A photo of a planter on the front porch, hopefully the blue plumbago will fill in in time for a red white and blue for July 4th. ha... next is a new one in the yard this summer, Siloam Royalty. I like when the throst comes out with a bit of white before the purple. so nice FFO was twins this morning.

another FFO on last summer's favorite newcomer, Green Treat!  and again a pic of Annealed Metal Eye.

the next one is another cross out of Siloam Rhinestone, nicely formed and nice bright center but I'll have to wait and see how it looks this afternoon etc ...
