early spring beginnings


this is my little slow growing red buckeye tree. Gardening patience does pay off....I can wait.

Lentin Rose 2nd spring, I got this off of ebay...I love the dark color.
Below are photos of Peony shoots coming up, I found 3 Peony seeds sprouting, now there's patience for ya, it can be 3-5 years before you'll see a Peony bloom from seed - ha. the last pic is Allium bulbs just waking up...

I have my eye on you

this one just sings sings. what a beautiful clump! those white tips and dark on light pink tones. wonderful!
I really like these two seedlings from a website in Texas online. I have a thing for the daylilies that really look a little different and set apart from the rest. so many times I can look at a catalog or seedling gallery and just see the same ole same ole.... spring is coming! yay.
